With Jammin Player, I worked on the strategic side of product development: analyzing user needs, defining target segments, clarifying the value proposition, designing the customer journey, and recommending go-to-market actions. The mission also included acquisition channels, partnerships, pricing, an Agile experimentation plan, a prioritized backlog, a condensed business plan, and a pitch deck. This stop shows my ability to connect product thinking, business strategy, user research, and execution planning.
Context
Jammin Player is a music-tech product. The mission involved exploring the product landscape, understanding user needs in the music practice space, and building a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
