- Built a full-stack web gaming platform based on Pong, expanded with multiplayer features, tournaments, matchmaking, statistics, customization, and AI opponents.
- Developed the platform using React, Vite, TypeScript, Node.js, Fastify, SQLite, WebSockets, Docker, Docker Compose, and NGINX.
- Implemented secure authentication, OAuth, 2FA, real-time communication, and Dockerized deployment.
- Worked in a team of five with clear task division, regular updates, continuous testing, and short feedback loops.
- Applied an Agile-inspired workflow to prioritize features, solve issues quickly, and deliver efficiently.
