The work involved client framing, workshops, steering committees, presentations, DKCP methodology, personas, mockups, prototypes, and innovation indicators. The mission at Safran focused on rethinking the future of airline ticket purchasing at 2050 horizon, using structured innovation methods to explore disruption scenarios and build actionable strategic recommendations.
